<p>Kisah membuat jus roselle ni bermula apabila pokok roselle yang kami tanam sudah mula berbunga. <p>**Serving size for 1 cup<br>Ingredients;<br>3 teaspoon sugar  @ 2 spoon of syrup<br>3 pcs butterfly pea flowers <br>1 pcs lemon <br>Hot water &amp; ice 1. </p>

<p>Direction:<br>1.  Put butterfly pea flowers into 1 cup of hot water, let the colour diffuse and cool down. Then dilute sugar with hot water. <br>2. Squeeze the lemon to get lemon juice. <br>3. Put some ice in the 1st cup, then pour down the lemon juice.<br>4. <ol><li>Sebelum memulakan, panaaskan oven terlebih dahulu ( 170 deg C, Api atas dan bawah)</li><li>Gaulkan butter, gula dan telur sehingga sebati, kemudian tuangkan esen vanila kedalam campuran.</li><li>Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit</li><li>Tuangkan susu segar dan gaulkan lagi sehingga sebati</li><li>Sapukan sedikit butter pada loyang, dan tuangkan semua campuran tadi kedalam loyang</li><li>masukkan kedalam oven, dan biarkan dalam 40 minit.</li><li>siap <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></li></ol>
